3.0 University Place is a 250,000+ sq. ft. Class A, commercial lab and office building, a flagship of social and environmental responsibility, built for generations that demand both from its workplace. The project was pre-certified LEED® Platinum v4 and architecturally includes 3 elements: the base (retail), the tower (office/lab), and a transitional component to unite the different forms. The office and lab space will capitalize on the co-working or shared-space office model. A green roof, LED lighting, a high-performance building envelope and chilled beam heating and cooling system are among its features.
