With construction beginning early 2024, this project consisted of a two-story, 12,248 sq. ft. office building and a nearly 10,000 sq. ft., five-bay garage.

Also included was a 3,248 sq. ft. vinyl composite, pre-fabricated structure that provides housing for outdoor equipment such as stump grinders, a Bobcat utility vehicle with specialized attachments, snowblowers, and more.
